Thank you for shopping with CarOptions. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our U.S. online store.

Processing & Handling

• Each CarPlayBox is custom-configured to your vehicle before shipping.

• Due to this process, handling and preparation may take longer than standard products.

• Orders typically ship within 10–30 business days after payment is confirmed and all required vehicle information is provided.

Carriers

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery within the continental U.S. usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

• CarOptions makes no guarantees regarding exact delivery dates.

Risk of Loss & Title

• FOB Origin: Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the Product is handed over to the carrier.

• CarOptions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments after this point. Please file claims directly with the carrier.

Damaged or Refused Deliveries

• Do not accept visibly damaged packages; notify the carrier immediately.

• If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your order, the shipment may be returned to us. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Import Duties & Taxes

• For U.S. deliveries, CarOptions is responsible for applicable import duties and taxes.

• You will not be charged additional duties/taxes upon delivery.
